What is LambdaAssetCheck?
A failed check should not end its life as a tick in a form. In LambdaAssetCheck it becomes assigned, tracked work before the inspector has left the site — on a phone or the web, with or without signal.

How it works
Every part of the product serves one loop:
- Inspect — run a checklist against an asset or a site, capturing photos, readings, and answers as you go.
- Act — a failed answer raises a flag, a work request or order, or an incident, assigned to whoever fixes it.
- Close — the work is tracked to completion, with a record of who did what and when.
- Improve — dashboards show which assets, sites, and checks keep failing.
Step 2 is the part that happens on its own. Nothing is re-typed between spotting a problem and fixing it.
