This is phase 5 of Get started. You have prepared the organization, walked the inspect → act → close → analyze loop, and onboarded field users. Use this checklist to launch with confidence.
Before you launch
A good launch is a small, successful rollout — not every site and every form on day one. Confirm the loop works for one site (or one asset type), then expand.
If anything on this list is still open, go back to that phase in the sidebar and finish it before you ask the whole team to switch from paper.
Launch checklist
Organization is ready
- Organization settings (name, formats, branding) look correct
- Roles match how your people work
- Sites and groups reflect real locations and teams
- Pilot users can sign in and see the right areas
The product loop works once
- At least one published template is ready for the field
- You have completed one inspection end to end
- Failed answers create work or flags as expected
- You can close a finding and see it on Home / Analytics
Field users are ready
- Install and sign-in instructions are shared
- QR labels are printed where they matter
- Offline prepare-for-offline is understood for low-signal sites
- Someone knows how to report an incident
First week
- Watch Home and Analytics for empty charts — usually means filters, dates, or no completed inspections yet.
- Spot-check one submitted inspection and one closed work item for data quality.
- Confirm offline users can sync when they return to coverage.
- Collect feedback, then add the next template or site — keep the rollout paced.
