What is LambdaAssetCheck?

LambdaAssetCheck is an operations platform that brings inspections, audits, assets, work, and incidents together in one place — so your team can capture what's happening in the field and act on it. It connects the frontline and the office: your people inspect assets, audit sites, raise issues, turn those issues into trackable work, and analyze it all — online or offline.

The big picture

LambdaAssetCheck is built around a simple loop that plays out across your whole organization:

  1. Inspect an asset or site using a digital form.
  2. Flag anything that fails, and capture photos, notes, and readings as evidence.
  3. Act on those findings by raising tasks, work orders, or incidents.
  4. Analyze everything with dashboards and reports, then improve.

Everything is scoped to your organization and controlled by roles, so people only see and do what their job requires.

What you can do

  • Schedules: Automate recurring inspections and compliance routines. Assign them to the right teams or roles and ensure time-critical activities never fall through the cracks.
  • Tasks: Drive accountability with clear, trackable tasks. Assign tasks identified during inspections or created independently, and monitor progress until completion.
  • Assets: Gain complete visibility into your assets — maintenance history, meter readings, inspections, QR-based access, and real-time status — centralized for quick decision-making.
  • Meters: Monitor critical operational metrics such as engine hours, odometer values, and equipment usage. Synchronize telematics data automatically or capture readings during inspections.

Web app and mobile

You'll do organization setup — settings, users, templates, schedules — from the web app on a laptop or desktop, where there's room to work.

Out in the field, the same app runs on a phone or tablet as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Your team can scan QR codes, capture photos, and conduct inspections offline, syncing automatically once connectivity returns. See Install LambdaAssetCheck on your device.

A typical workflow

A common first-month journey looks like this:

  1. An administrator logs in and sets up the organization — details, sites, roles, and users.
  2. The team digitizes its paper checklists into templates.
  3. Assets are added and given printable QR labels.
  4. Field users conduct inspections and site audits — from the app or by scanning a QR code.
  5. Failed answers turn into flags (from audits) and work — tasks and work orders — which are assigned and tracked to completion.
  6. Leadership watches it all on dashboards and shares reports.
