2. Prepare your organisation
Set your organisation details
Confirm work management mode and location hierarchy on the General tab, then finish the other organisation settings, so sites and people start on the right footing.

On the General tab
Open Administration → Organisation Settings. General is already selected.

Confirm work management mode
Scroll to Work Management Mode.
Full Work Management creates a task for each issue. The assignee records the root cause and the resolution when they complete it.
CMMS Integration sends the work order or request to your external CMMS and does not create a task here. Choose it when a CMMS is already the system of record.
If the card says the mode was set during onboarding, leave it.
If the choice is still open, only the organisation owner can confirm it:
- Choose Full Work Management or CMMS Integration.
- Select Confirm work management mode.
Turn on location hierarchy
Scroll up to Sites & locations, under Content languages. Skip this when every site is a flat list of places.
- Turn on Enable location hierarchy under sites.
- Select Save.
While the switch is off, sites cannot add locations. You can turn it on later. Once any site has locations, you cannot turn it off until those locations are removed or migrated.

Limitations
- Organisation owner email is not editable here. Contact support.
Frequently asked questions
I picked the wrong work management mode. What now?
The app has no way to change it. Contact support. The right fix depends on how much work is already recorded.
Why does Legal & security notifications email show the owner's address?
It shows the same value as Organisation owner email. There is no separate legal address to set.
