Inspection PDFs
Each completed inspection can be opened or downloaded as a standardised PDF. Use it to share the result of one inspection with a manager, client, auditor, or regulator.

Where: Inspections > open an inspection > Download PDF.
What an inspection PDF is
An inspection PDF is a read-only output for one inspection record. It is generated from the inspection data, uses a consistent layout, and includes the logo uploaded in Organisation settings.
For trends across many inspections, use Analytics.
Open or download a PDF
- Go to Inspections.
- Open the inspection you want to review.
- Select Download PDF.
Depending on your device and environment, LambdaAssetCheck may download the PDF directly or open a print-ready view where you can use Print / Save as PDF.
What's included
The PDF is assembled automatically from the inspection record. Sections that do not apply are left out.

| Header | The organisation logo from Organisation settings, inspection identity, and status. |
| Summary | Questions answered, flagged responses, photos, sections, and score when scored. |
| Details | Inspector, asset, site, dates, and duration. |
| Flagged responses | Answers that need attention. |
| Actions | Tasks, work requests, work orders, or flags raised from the inspection. |
| Results | The full question-and-answer record. |
| Photo appendix | Photos captured during the inspection. |
When you're offline
If you are offline, PDF behavior can depend on what has already synced to the device.
- Photos that have not synced yet may be missing.
- If direct download is unavailable, use the print-ready view and save as PDF.
- When you are back online, open the inspection again and download a fresh PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit an inspection PDF?
No. The PDF is an output of the inspection record, not a separate editable document.
Can I export several inspections at once?
No. Download inspection PDFs one inspection at a time. Use Analytics for multi-record trends and dashboards.
Why does a print view open instead of a file download?
Some environments use a print-ready view as a fallback. Use Print / Save as PDF to save the document.
