Get started as a field user
Learn how to install, sign in, and complete your first day in the field in LambdaAssetCheck, so you can inspect assets and report issues without guessing where to click.

What you'll need

Your administrator must create your account and prepare templates, assets, and sites before you start. Ask them for the app URL, how you sign in (password or SSO), which sites you cover, and whether you must work offline.
Your first day
Work through these in order. Each link is the full guide for that step.

If you do not see an area you expected, ask your administrator to review your role and site access.
Tip: Do not clear browser or site data to fix sync — that can delete unsynced inspections still on the device.
You are ready when
- You can sign in and open Home or Start New Inspection as expected for your role.
- You have completed at least one inspection end to end.
- You know how to scan a QR label if your site uses them.
- You know whether you must Prepare for offline before leaving coverage.
- You know how to Report Incident if your role includes it.
