Find and review past inspections
Learn how to find an inspection record and open what was captured, so you can review answers, evidence, and follow-up.

Open the inspections list
- Select Inspections in the sidebar.
- Use the All or My Inspections tab.
- Review columns such as Inspection #, Template, Asset, Inspector, Status, Started, and Completed.
Completed inspections open for review. In-progress ones can be continued when your role and assignment allow it (Continue on the row, or Continue Inspection on the detail page).
Search and narrow the list
- Use Search inspections to find by number, template, asset, or inspector.
- Use Scope filters such as All, Round, or Standalone when you need to separate round stops from ordinary inspections.
- Select column headers to sort where sorting is available.
- Use Page size and paging at the bottom of the list.
- Turn on Include offline inspections when you need records still held on this device.
Offline and sync badges
An inspection captured offline can show a sync badge until it reaches the server.

| Sync Failed | Sync was attempted and failed; the record remains on the device |
Open an inspection
Open a row to see status, inspection number, template and version, asset or site, inspector and timestamps, summary and score, answers, photos and notes, and any work, flags, or tasks raised from the inspection.
From this page, Download PDF produces the standardised inspection PDF.
An asset's own history
To review work for one asset, open it from Assets. The asset page can show inspections, readings, meters, documents, and schedules for that asset.
Getting the data out
There is no bulk PDF export from the inspections list.
- For one inspection, open it and select Download PDF.
- For trends across many inspections, use Analytics.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see an inspection a colleague ran?
Access follows role and site scope (and View own / involved only when that is on the role). Ask an administrator to review your permissions.
Can I edit a completed inspection?
No. Completed inspections stay as records of what was observed.
Can I delete an inspection?
Not from the list. Inspections are retained as evidence.
What does Round mean?
The inspection was completed as part of an inspection round.
