Find and review inspections
Every inspection your organisation has run is kept, whether it is in progress, completed, or cancelled. Use the inspections list to find a record and review what was captured.

Who can do this: anyone with inspection read access.
Where: Inspections.
The inspections list
Go to Inspections. The list shows the inspection number, template, asset or site context, inspector, status, started date, completed date, and available actions.
Completed inspections can be opened for review. In-progress inspections can be continued when your role and assignment allow it.
Search and narrow the list
- Use Search to find an inspection by number, template, asset, or inspector.
- Use available filters to narrow the list.
- Select column headers to sort where sorting is available.
- Use page size and paging controls at the bottom of the list.
- Use offline-related options when you need to include records still held on the device.
Offline and sync badges
An inspection captured offline can show a sync badge until it reaches the server.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Offline | Held on this device and not yet sent. |
| Pending Sync or Syncing | Queued or currently syncing. |
| Sync Failed | Sync was attempted and failed; the record remains on the device. |

Open an inspection
The inspection detail page can show:
- Status, inspection number, template, and version.
- Asset or site details.
- Inspector and timestamps.
- Summary, score, photos, notes, and answers.
- Work, flags, or tasks raised from the inspection.
From this page, Download PDF produces the standardised inspection PDF.
An asset's own history
To review work for one asset, open the asset from Assets. The asset page can show inspections, readings, meters, documents, and schedules connected to that asset.
Getting the data out
There is no bulk PDF export from the inspections list.
- For one inspection, open it and select Download PDF.
- For trends across many inspections, use Analytics.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see an inspection a colleague ran?
Access is controlled by role and site access. Ask your administrator to review your permissions if you cannot see a record you need.
Can I edit a completed inspection?
No. Completed inspections are retained as records of what was observed.
Can I delete an inspection?
Not from the list. Inspections are retained as evidence.
What does "Round" mean?
The inspection was completed as part of an inspection round.
