Once you're in, you'll land on your home area. What you see depends on your role — see Navigate LambdaAssetCheck for a tour of the main areas.

Stay signed in

Select Remember for 30 days before signing in to stay logged in on that device for longer. Only use this on a device that's yours — avoid it on shared or public computers.

Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address for your account.
  3. Follow the link in the email you receive to set a new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you used the same email your administrator registered.

Single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization has configured single sign-on, you may sign in through your company identity provider instead of a password. Your administrator will let you know if this applies to you. Admins can set this up under Organization settings → Security (SSO).

Frequently asked questions

I don't have a login. How do I get one? It depends on whether your organization already uses LambdaAssetCheck. If it does, an administrator adds you and assigns your role — ask them to create your user. If you're setting up LambdaAssetCheck for the first time, use Create account on the sign-in screen to register a new organization (you become its owner) and invite your team from there.

My password works but I can't see a feature. What you can see and do is controlled by your role. If something's missing, your role may not include that capability — ask your administrator to review it.

Can I stay logged in on my phone? Yes. Install the app on your device first (see below), then sign in and choose Remember for 30 days.
