Sync when you reconnect

Send the inspections, task updates, and incident reports stored on this device once the connection is back.

What you'll need

Use the browser you prepared. Another browser on the same phone does not have this copy.

Let the device sync

Reconnect and leave LambdaAssetCheck open.
Wait for the automatic send. It runs when the server is reachable again, about every 30 seconds while the app is open, and when you bring the app back to the front.
On Inspections, read the badge. Offline means it is still only here. Syncing means it is being sent. Sync Failed means the last send failed. The record stays on the device.
To send immediately, open My Account → Offline health and select Sync now.

Sync now is available when you are online and at least one item is ready. While a pass is running the button reads Syncing....

The header shows a count while something is waiting. Open it and select Sync now, Retry now, or Retry.

If an item will not send

After repeated failures the item is marked dead letter. The header lists those rows under Permanently failed. A form that is no longer published, a missing permission, a rejected meter reading, or a round someone else has claimed stops straight away.

Open My Account → Offline health.
Under Failed sync items, select Retry once you are online and the cause is fixed.
Select Report to copy a support reference for the technical team.
Select Discard only when that work should be dropped.

Warning: Discard removes the item from this device. That cannot be undone.

Sign Out stays unavailable while you are offline. If items are still failing, sign-out stays blocked until you retry them or discard them.

Limitations

A lost reply does not create a second inspection. The same inspection is sent again and matched to the one already stored.
A photo whose reply never came back is uploaded again. The answer keeps one photo, the latest send.
Sync now does nothing while you are offline, or when nothing is ready to send.
Another person cannot sync your queue. It stays on this device and this sign-in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know an inspection reached the server?

The Offline, Syncing, or Sync Failed badge on that inspection clears. Anything still showing one of those badges is not finished on the server.

The header says items are pending. Do I have to tap Sync now?

No. The next automatic pass sends them. Use Sync now when you want it immediately.

Can I discard one photo and keep the inspection?

Discard drops that queued item only. Read the label on the row before you confirm. A discarded item is gone from this device.
