Navigate LambdaAssetCheck
LambdaAssetCheck uses a left sidebar to move between product areas. What you see depends on your role, permissions, and organisation setup.

The main layout
Most pages use the same frame:
- A left sidebar for Home, Inspections, Assets, Work Management, Incidents, Templates, Administration, and Support.
- A breadcrumb near the top to show where you are.
- A main content area for lists, forms, details, dashboards, and settings.
Home is where you land after signing in. The sidebar beside it lists only the areas your role can open, so two people in the same organisation can see different menus.
Every other page uses the same frame — sidebar, breadcrumb, and your work in the main area.
Sidebar areas
Your sidebar is permission-based, so you may not see every area.

Your account and preferences
Use your account menu (user icon in the top-right) to manage your profile, preferences, language, offline readiness, two-step verification, and sign-out. Theme has its own control beside it in the header — see Search, language, and theme.
- Select the account icon in the top-right corner.
- Open My account for your profile and Credentials (password and Two-step verification (MFA)), or Preferences for language, date and time formats, and notification choices.
- For field work, open Account and run Prepare for offline before you go to a low-signal area.
- Use Sign out when you finish on a shared device.
On My account, under Credentials, you can see whether two-step verification is enabled, how many recovery codes you have left, and regenerate codes when MFA is on. MFA itself is managed by your organisation — full steps: Two-step verification (MFA).
Expected result: You can change your language and formats from Preferences, manage MFA under My account → Credentials, and reach Prepare for offline from your account area when you need field readiness.
Search, language, and theme
- Use search and filters on list pages such as inspections, assets, work, tasks, and incidents.
- Change language from Preferences when enabled for your organisation.
- Switch theme from the theme control in the header, at the top-right beside notifications and your account icon. It offers three choices: Light, Dark, and Auto (follow your device setting).
Expected result: The app chrome and pages update immediately to the theme you selected. Your choice is saved for the next time you sign in on that device. Auto follows your device's light or dark setting instead of fixing one.
