The main layout
Most pages share the same frame:
- A left sidebar for the product areas your role can open.
- A breadcrumb near the top that shows where you are.
- A main content area for lists, forms, details, and settings.
You land on Home after signing in. Two people in the same organisation can see different sidebar items.
Sidebar areas
Your sidebar is permission-based. You may not see every row below.

| Home | Start your day — summaries, due work, and activity. |
| Analytics | Dashboards and charts (needs analytics access). |
| Inspections | Start New Inspection and review inspection records. |
| Schedules | Recurring inspections. |
| Round configuration | Define and conduct rounds on the Professional plan when rounds are enabled. |
| Assets | Assets, asset types, meters, and QR labels. |
| Work Management | Work, flags, and tasks. |
| Incidents | Report Incident and the Incident Log. |
| Templates | Manage templates and template configurations (Owner and Administrator). |
| Administration | Organisation settings, users, groups, sites, roles, and billing. |
| Support | Report an issue, My cases, or Help center. |
List pages such as inspections, assets, work, tasks, and incidents have their own search and filters in the main area.
Your account and preferences
The account icon is in the top-right corner of the header.

| My account | Profile, offline readiness, and Credentials (password and two-step verification status). |
| Preferences | Language, date and time formats, and notification choices when your organisation enables them. |
| Sign out | End the session on a shared device. |
Theme is separate: use the theme control in the header (beside notifications). It offers Light, Dark, and Auto.
For field work, open My account and run Prepare for offline before you leave coverage. Two-step verification is managed by your organisation — see Set up two-step verification.
